Hi, I'm Zoë Shardlow. I'm an English National Junior Squash Champion and Junior World Champion (teams). 

 

I attended Millfield school where I worked closely with squash legend Jonah Barrington.

​

I started coaching early. Graham Stevenson had me helping with the Sussex County under 12s when I was 15.

 

I currently play top level racketball and top level masters squash and I am a full time coach working out of Willoughby Squash Club in Sydney, NSW.

​

I moved from England three years ago and have brought with me a wealth of experience gained coaching players at every level of the game including working with the junior squads and teams in Sussex, the most successful county in junior squash for the past decade.

 

I believe in a safe environment built on open and honest communication.

​

My coaching is holistic, focusing on the individual and including mental, technical, physical, tactical and emotional elements of player development.
